To install electric floor heaters, you should remove all tiles from floor. First, remove toilet and close water supply to bathroom. Wear safety goggles and thick gloves and break two or three chips in middle of track with a chisel. Examine ground. If mortar is made, will continue chiseling until tar paper underneath and then pull up mortar and floor tiles with a flat bar. If subfloor is made of plywood, delete a row and column intersection of tiles, then use a reciprocating saw to cut wood before using flat bar.
Hire an electrician to do a new circuit for warmer power plant. Set heating cable according to his plan and connect new circuit. Install new tiles over heating cable. Ask your heating provider for advice on type of tile to use. Use mortar to bond tiles to cable and ground.
